Timely Delivery is What We Strive For
Our granite delivery process starts even before the placement of the order at associated factories. We obtain a production schedule with dates from the factory.
The schedule is mentioned in the purchase order issued to the factories. The branch office and field inspectors are given a copy of the schedule and monitoring is done accordingly.
Weekly production reports are sent from the branch office to the head office and if the production is slow, then necessary steps are taken to speed up the process.
If the production is not proceeding according to the desired schedule and the factory is unable to handle the situation, then at the 10% production stage, the order is transferred to another factory. This is how we give importance to granite delivery.
We understand that our buyers have to deliver products to their respective customers and associated projects on time. To ensure timely delivery of the consignment, we diligently keep track of the production process at every stage, to get the things done within the stipulated time frame.
The shipment department coordinates with the production department and ensures the timely departure of the product from the loading port.
The buyer is also kept informed at every stage of production and transportation. In the meantime, buyers can contact us through WhatsApp or e-mail to get precise information and the location of the consignment in transit.
